2007 YAMAHA BIG BEAR YFM 400 FWN 4X4 ENGINE motor runs see description
DESCRIPTION
This motor does run... but the compression test was 175psi which is on the lower end, its suppose to be between 180-210psi. This engine also smokes, Therefore the piston and rings will need to be replaced to fix those two things. It also "may" need valve seals. Other issues are that the stator wires are starting to fray at the housing, along with two other wires that are green and red. There is bare wire showing on all those... Also the header bolts will also need to be replaced and the pull start cord. The starter works. Had milky oil that came out of it. Had 1,809 low miles. For parts or rebuild only. Note - We have it listed at 1K OBO because the cheapest working one in this year range 07-12 on eBay was 2k. See pictures.
