No lock. Has a bottom right side storage pocket crack. The top chrome rack has some surface rust. The wiring will need to be gone threw, tested and perhaps fixed before install. The locking mechanism will need to be put back together aswell. We dont warranty light bulbs. Note - The chrome rack, the chrome guard, the tail light, both antenna mounts and seat cushion are all $50 a piece on ebay or of $250 in value together.
